Build and maintain web applications used across AIDC Group businesses — from hospitality booking tools to construction project dashboards.
You will work across the whole stack: React/Next.js frontends, Node.js/.NET services and PostgreSQL databases. Our products serve hotels, utilities and construction teams across Laos, so what you ship gets used by real people every day.
What you will do
- Develop features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/.NET)
- Design and maintain REST APIs and PostgreSQL schemas
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with designers, QA and product owners in sprints
- Deploy and monitor services with Docker and CI/CD
What we look for
- 2+ years of professional web development experience
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language
- Experience with SQL databases and REST APIs
- Lao or Thai + working English
Nice to have
- Next.js / server-side rendering experience
- Supabase or Firebase experience
- Basic DevOps (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
