Full Stack Developer

Build and maintain web applications used across AIDC Group businesses — from hospitality booking tools to construction project dashboards.

You will work across the whole stack: React/Next.js frontends, Node.js/.NET services and PostgreSQL databases. Our products serve hotels, utilities and construction teams across Laos, so what you ship gets used by real people every day.

What you will do

• Develop features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/.NET)
• Design and maintain REST APIs and PostgreSQL schemas
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with designers, QA and product owners in sprints
• Deploy and monitor services with Docker and CI/CD

What we look for

• 2+ years of professional web development experience
• Solid TypeScript/JavaScript with Node.js (NestJS or Express) — or equivalent backend experience in Go or C#/.NET
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js
• PostgreSQL / SQL and REST API design
• Lao or Thai + working English

Nice to have

• GraphQL or gRPC service experience
• Supabase and Redis experience
• Docker + GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Testing with Jest or Playwright
• Backend experience in Go or C#/.NET is also welcome
• Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude)
