Candidate Privacy Notice

AIDC Tech (Asia Investment, Development & Construction Sole Co., Ltd.) collects the personal data you provide in your application — name, contact details, ID or passport number, CV, photo, transcripts and certificates — solely to evaluate your candidacy for employment.

How we use your data

Your data is reviewed by HR, the hiring Team Lead and the Director. An automated “AI fit” score is generated from your CV to help reviewers prioritise applications; it is advisory only and never the sole basis for a decision.

Storage and retention

Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase, region Singapore). Your full ID/passport number is never stored — only a masked version and a one-way hash. Unsuccessful applications are retained for 12 months so we can contact you about future openings, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can view, update or delete your data at any time from your candidate profile, or by emailing careers@aidclaos.com.
