Lead a squad of 4–6 engineers building products for the AIDC Group — set technical direction, grow people and still ship code every week.
You will own delivery for one product squad: architecture decisions, code review standards, sprint planning with product owners and the growth of every engineer on your team. This is a hands-on role — roughly 50% coding, 50% leading.
What you will do
- Lead architecture and technical decisions for your squad
- Plan sprints with product owners and keep delivery on track
- Review code, set standards and raise engineering quality
- Coach and grow engineers through 1:1s and pairing
- Stay hands-on: build critical features and fix hard bugs
What we look for
- 5+ years of software development, 1+ year leading a team
- Strong in a modern web stack (React/Node, .NET or similar)
- Experience designing systems: APIs, databases, deployments
- Communicates clearly with both engineers and business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Agile/Scrum experience as a technical lead
- Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) experience
- Experience mentoring juniors in a growing team
