Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Design, build and scale the cloud infrastructure that runs AIDC Tech's products and internal systems.

We're looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the cloud platform behind our growing product portfolio — from provisioning and networking to reliability, cost and security. You'll work closely with the DevOps and software teams to make sure every service we ship runs on infrastructure that is automated, observable and safe to change.

What you will do

• Design, provision and maintain cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) using infrastructure-as-code
• Operate and scale Kubernetes/container workloads across environments
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting; lead incident response and postmortems
• Harden cloud security posture — IAM, secrets, network policies, backups and DR
• Track and optimize cloud spend across environments

What we look for

• 2+ years of experience running production workloads on AWS
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Solid Linux administration and networking fundamentals
• Scripting ability in Bash/Python for automation
• Lao or Thai + working English

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes in production
• Familiarity with observability/error-tracking tools (Sentry, Prometheus/Grafana)
• Background in security hardening or compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
