Fine-tune and serve local language models, build RAG knowledge assistants and multilingual chatbots (Lao/Thai/English) that automate work across the AIDC Group.
You will work in our AI lab on real deployments: RAG assistants over group documents, speech + text chatbots for hotels and utilities, and computer-vision models running at construction sites.
What you will do
- Fine-tune open LLMs on our own GPUs and evaluate them on Lao/Thai data
- Build RAG pipelines and chatbots (text + speech) on group documents
- Deploy computer-vision models to the field and monitor them
- Pair with domain experts to find automation wins across the group
What we look for
- Strong Python; experience with PyTorch or similar
- Shipped at least one ML/AI feature to real users
- Understanding of MLOps basics (versioning, eval, monitoring)
- Curiosity about robotics & edge AI is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or vector databases
- Speech (ASR/TTS) or computer-vision project experience
- Docker + GPU deployment experience
